On April 28, Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions held a news conference to announce the results of Shanghai May 1st Labor Day Award (Medal) 2019 and Worker Pioneer Titles through the recommendations of the organizations and the democratic selection: there are totally 201 Shanghai May 1st Labor Day Awards, 319 Shanghai May 1st Labor Day Medals and 335 Shanghai Worker Pioneer Titles. During the period of 13 years joining the company, Jin Jing has completed 2 patents for invention and 11 utility model patents. Moreover, achievement transformation have been realized for all of those patents, thus improving the production efficiency, producing diversified and more environmentally-friendly products, making the company improved in the market competitiveness of products and the products enjoying higher economic and social value.
While working as research and development engineer at the company, Jin Jing has actively participated in the company’s research and development project, actively cooperated with the company and executed the company's research and development plan. Fresnel lens transfer paper project is an important part of the company’s micro-structured optical packaging material construction project. During the period when he joins in the project, Jin Jing has insisted on work at the front line of the project in accordance with the company's plan and constantly proposed his own improvement plan according to the site conditions. In the implementation of the project, Jin Jing has attached great importance to teamwork, been good at drawing lessons from others and had his own independent thinking. After the on-site operation, he was also able to sum up the process experiences, summarized the process conditions and found a solution to the problem.
Through unremitting technical accumulation, experimental research day and night as well as close cooperation between departments, the deep-groove Fresnel lens UV transfer technology has been now matured. The technology has already taken the lead in the domestic industry. Through continuous technological innovation, Jin Jing has assisted the company in applying two patents for invention and seven utility model patents with regard to the technology. The company has already had complete and independent intellectual property rights, which has provided a good foundation for the company in obtaining more commercial cooperation and application in the technology field. In the new era when the Country advocates “green mountains and clear water mean mountains of gold and silver”. The success of the project represents that China has successfully mastered the deep-groove Fresnel lens UV transfer technology, which makes packaging materials made with Fresnel lenses become more environmentally-friendly raw materials and processes.
